The apartment is located in a residence at 81 Boulevard de la République, 06400 Cannes. It features a living room, a kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and separate toilets. The apartment has been fully renovated and is furnished for seasonal rentals (conferences or family and friends vacations). We will provide coffee, tea, and breakfast condiments.
A free parking space is provided in the République parking lot next to the residence. Additionally, you have the option to park in front of the residence, where there are paid parking spaces.
The 35 m² apartment and 40 m² terrace can accommodate 4 people and includes: ** A living/dining room/fully equipped kitchen, a convertible sofa bed with a 140 cm mattress, a TV screen with cable, and fiber internet (100 M). ** A terrace with a dining table. ** One bedroom: a master bedroom with a 140 cm queen-size bed.
The apartment is very close to the center of Cannes and is easy to find. Once you are settled in, it will be very easy to walk around the city (meaning you won’t need a car).
Fully renovated and furnished, the apartment is close to everything: ** 10 minutes from Rue d'Antibes, with its cinema and shops. ** 14 minutes from the famous Palais des Festivals, La Croisette, and its beaches. ** 15 minutes from Marché Forville and the Old Port. ** 20 minutes on foot from Le Suquet, Cannes' historic district with many restaurants and a fantastic view of Cannes Bay from the church.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the building on the left side. The residence has a secure entrance. We will send you a welcome guide once the booking is confirmed and will be available for any additional information or advice.
Le Suquet is about a 20-minute walk away, the historic district of Cannes with charming medieval streets, many typical restaurants, and a fantastic view of Cannes Bay and the Lérins Islands from the church.
Cannes is a city best explored on foot. You can also use taxis or Uber if you want to go somewhere without walking.
By car: 10 to 15 minutes from the A8 highway exit "Grasse, Le Cannet, Cannes, Mougins." From the train station: 5 minutes on foot via Avenue Bachaga Said Boualam. From Nice Airport: ** Taxi: approximately €75 and 30 minutes. ** Express bus: €22 one-way to Cannes port. ** Train: cheaper but the station is 10 minutes from the airport.

A baby bed, high chair, and small bath are available for children; please request these before arrival. Washing machine available (soap included). Dishwasher available (soap included). Breakfast food, snacks, soda cans, and Nespresso coffee will be provided. Bedding provided. Internet, Wi-Fi, and a TV screen.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100,00 %) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
