The property is located in the quiet part of town but still 10-minute walking distance to the Palais des Festivals & La Croisette! This property is ideal for families or quiet gathering between friends.
POOL DISCLAIMER: it is strictly forbidden to consume alcohol or smoke weed near the pool for safety reasons, it is also strictly forbidden to make loud noise or play loud music or to access the pool outside opening hours (8am to 9pm). Any violation will result in the immediate termination of the stay without any possible refund. Thank you for your understanding.
