Welcome to our beautiful and fully renovated Duplex 2-bedroom apartment, located on rue Commandant André, close to rue d'Antibes, one of the most popular streets in Cannes hyper-center known for its bars, restaurants, Provencal shops and its magnificent artisanal product shops, and a 2 minute walk away from the real heart of the Croisette.

The Apartment is a 5-min walk from the Palais des Festivals and the most beautiful beaches in Cannes.

If necessary, the Cannes Train Station car park is located at 2-min walk from the residence.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100,00 %) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
